For patient products ordered with the on-line shop
• UK orders - we will endeavor to deliver your products in 2-5 days depending on method used. However, we will not accept any
liability for late deliveries that are due to circumstances outside our control.
• On occasion items may be lost in transit. If items have not been received in a reasonable time please contact us and
we will process your claim and pending our investigation, we may send out a replacement item.
Shipping charges are:
1-5 Non-flammable items sent with Royal Mail = £4.50
6-9 Non-flammable items sent with Royal Mail = £6.00
Flammable items sent with courier = £10.00
For overseas shipping the rate will be shown on checkout. If your country is not on our shipping list please email us at email@example.com
Cancellation of orders.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. In the unlikely circumstance that a dispatched order needs to be cancelled you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the order. The goods must be returned to us at your own expense and received back at our office, undamaged before a refund for the goods will be given. No refunds will be given for delivery or postage costs.
No refunds or exchanges will be given for any custom made products or special order products.
Goods can only be returned if they are damaged on arrival. All damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving them.
