M511 - Maxillofacial Silicone System
The M511 silicone system has been specifically formulated for the
manufacture of maxillofacial prostheses.
Interblendable variable shores from approx 20 down to gel in same mould
Good edge tear strength
Approx 1 hour work time, 1 hour cure at 100 degrees C
Easily worked, can use Anti-Slump Agent

High tear strength - ideal for sleeve retention or areas which require high abrasion resistance
Interblendable - designed to be packed at same time in same mould in M511 for easy working process

Add to M511 to alter rheology of elastomer - increases thixotropy of base to allow easy placing in mould
Does not affect final cure colour of prosthesis
